Join Cathy for a 4 week series of healing practices designed to help you discover the precious
gifts of stillness, deep rest, self-love and compassion naturally arising from within.

Each 90 minute class will explore Restorative Yoga postures that allow you to rest, restore, and renew.
Restorative Yoga uses various props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags and eye pillows
to safely support the body in comfortable poses. When fully supported the body begins to
release, activating the parasympathetic nervous system which then can access deeper levels of
Self and healing.

To further enhance relaxation, Cathy will use guided meditations, essential
oils, crystal bowl and AmpCoil sound vibrations (visit for more information).

While comfortably resting, the body can boost the immune system, release tightness in muscles
and joints, balance the nervous system, reduce anxiety, mental stress and improve sleep. This
therapeutic style of yoga is a truly nourishing practice.

Renew your body, mind and soul by giving yourself permission to do less instead of more. This practice is offered in a very small group setting limited to 8 students which is suitable for ALL levels.
