Come and relax, rejuvenate and heal on all levels of your being. Join Gisele for a 4 week series of healing practices designed to help you discover the precious gifts of stillness, deep rest, selflove and compassion to naturally arise from within. Each 90 minute class will explore Restorative Yoga postures that will allow you to rest, restore, and renew. Restorative Yoga uses various props such as bolsters, blankets, blocks, sandbags and eye pillows to safely support the body in comfortable poses. When fully supported, the body may begin to relax to access deeper levels of Self. To enhance relaxation, Gisele will incorporate hands-on Reiki energy, guided meditations, essential oils and crystal sound bowl vibrations. While comfortably resting, your body is boosting its immune system, releasing tightness in muscles and joints, balancing the nervous system, reducing anxiety and mental stress and improving sleep. This therapeutic style of yoga is a deeply nourishing practice. Renew your body, mind and soul by giving yourself permission to do less instead of more. This practice is offered in a very small group setting which is suitable for ALL levels. This series is limited to 8 students.
