Join us for a 4 week series of vinyasa, deep stretch, and restorative yoga designed to
help invite balancing energy into your practice. Centered on the breath, the active
poses generate engagement, strength, courage, and resilience, the deep stretch postures
guide you to a deeper release, and the restorative poses allow you to discover
the precious gifts of stillness, deep rest, self-love and compassion arising naturally
from within. Each class will be based on 50 minutes of vinyasa and deep stretch, with
30 minutes of restorative, plus pranayama, meditation and savasana. This practice is
offered in a small group setting, allowing for more hands-on attention, and is suitable
for ALL levels. This series is limited to 8 students.

Full pre-payment at the time of enrollment is required to reserve a space in 4 week series.
No credit or refunds will be given for any missed classes. However, if student is unable to attend a class for any reason, they can offer their spot to a friend or family member. If OSYB must cancel for ANY reason, a full credit for that class will be issued.
Laura will be teaching on Tuesdays and Cathy will be teaching on Thursdays.
