This unique 2-day training offers vital techniques and usable information that is applicable
to under-served as well as broad-based populations.

This training is for you if:
• You want to give back and make a difference in the lives of others
• You want to bring about positive social change and individual and collective healing
• You are a certified teacher/wellness professional asking yourself, “What’s next?”
• There is a specific population/organization (i.e. trauma survivors) that you feel
passionate about serving
• You want trauma sensitivity training to help you create safe space
• You want to connect with and support other healers in your community

May 5th & 6th Saturday 9-4pm, Sunday 10-2pm

Lauren Lanham has been a certified yoga and meditation teacher for over 20 years. She is a
founding member of the Yoga Cooperative, a Connecticut based non-profit that brings yoga
to underserved populations, where she served on the board and staff for 5 years. Lauren’s
focus is on self-awareness and self-care. In addition to her weekly yoga classes, Lauren
currently works with parents of teens, senior citizens and refugee and immigrant women.
Lauren and Jacquie’s mission is to expand their efforts in and impact of community-based
service work through the creation of this heart-centered weekend workshop.

Twenty year yoga teacher veteran, Jacquie Le Meur, is a Board Member of The Yoga
Cooperative, a Connecticut based non-profit she co-founded in January 2012 to bring yoga
to underserved populations. Focusing on healing, personal growth and social justice, she
integrates studies in human services, trauma sensitive yoga, energy work and dance applying
her skills in work with adults, teens, survivors of trauma and people with MS. Jacquie and
Lauren’s mission is to expand their efforts in and impact of community-based service work
through the creation of this heart-centered weekend workshop.
