Policy for Series Classes:
Full pre-payment at the time of enrollment is required to reserve a space in series classes. No credit or refunds will be given for any missed classes. However, if student is unable to attend a class for any reason, they can make up in another series class/day. Please advise Cathy by calling or texting 203-648-8023 if any changes take place. If OSYB must cancel for ANY reason, a full credit for that class will be issued.
Policy for Workshops:
Full pre-payment at the time of enrollment is required to reserve a space in workshops. No credit or refunds will be given for cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to workshop start time unless we are able to fill your spot. If OSYB must cancel workshop for any reason, a full credit will be issued.
Inclement Weather/Studio Closing Policy:
We follow the Redding Public School System closings and delays (www.ER9.org). We will post closing info on the website and FB by 8am. For 90 minutes school delays, 9:30am classes will begin at 10:30am and for 2 hour delays, 9:30am classes will begin at 11am. Wednesday noon drop-in class will start at 1:15pm. OSYB owner reserves the right to cancel classes if driveway conditions are precarious even after plowing.
